The Bayeux Tapestry

The ancient "Bayeux Tapestry" was created after the legendary "Battle of Hastings" of which depicts 4 of my Great Grandfathers whom fought for England in that war.

Harold II double Crossed the Crown, William and his army killed Harold, regaining England for 900 years.

In this tapestry, the scenes are much like ancient egyptian heiroglyphs, showing scenes of the battle.

Amazingly, it also shows a Comet in the sky, of which is recorded to be Haley's Comet that appeared and shone on the area for a week during the bloody Battle of Hastings.

My 4 Great Grandfathers, Humphrey de Bohun, William d' Aubigny, Guy Ponthiue I, and William the Conqueror were some of the many noble heroes of that battle for England.
